韩正锡（郑在泳 饰）是一个不喜欢变化的男人，生活中无论大事还是小事，正锡都会仔细的将它们记录在自己的计划表之中，并且严格按照计划表进行自己的人生。除此之外，正锡还拥有着远远超越了正常范畴的洁癖，如何在这个充满了细菌和病毒的世界里生存下去成为了正锡最大的课题。 正锡龟毛的个性让他吃了不少的苦头，其中最令其耿耿于怀的就是年纪一大把却依然单身的悲惨事实。一次偶然中，正锡遇见了名为李智媛（韩智敏 饰）的女孩，智媛的活泼和开朗吸引了正锡的注意，但令正锡感到抓狂的是，生活中的智媛竟然是个大大咧咧邋里邋遢的姑娘。性格上的截然相反并没能熄灭正锡心中的爱情火花，有笑有泪的恋爱喜剧就此拉开序幕。
